Laruga Glaser

Laruga Glaser is a certified Ashtanga teacher with decades of practice and teaching experience. She leads Mysore programs and international retreats, incorporating breathwork, somatic practices and meditation into her approach. Active in the European Ashtanga community, she leads intensive courses and retreats ranging from multi-day workshops to month-long programs.
